Appointments can be made with our volunteers to help guide someone in the right direction when creating a mental health action plan. Our services provide a safe space for those to discuss

All guidance with navigating services will be held online or through a phone call. Currently, all services offered are in Brantford (2024). As time goes on, we will be expanding our services to the rest of the Brant County region, and eventually all over Ontario and Canada.

Anyone over the age of 18 who is struggling with a mental health crisis and would like some guidance on how to manage. However, if help is required immediately, call 911.
